Penrite Rubber Grease is a non‑mineral, specially formulated grease designed for use on rubber and plastic components in brake and clutch hydraulic systems, as well as chassis applications.

It protects rubber boots, seals, O‑rings and guide pins from drying out, cracking or swelling – unlike standard mineral oil‑based greases.

Features:

prevents sticking and squeaking on brake pistons and guide pins

conditions and preserves rubber & plastic parts

silicone‑free – compatible with common brake fluids (DOT 3, 4, 5.1)

protects against water ingress, road salt and brake dust

operating temperature range: –20 °C to +180 °C

Typical applications:

brake caliper guide pins

clutch slave & master cylinders

rubber bushings in suspension systems

protective caps & dust boots

Note: Do not apply to brake discs or brake pads. Only for use on non‑rotating rubber components.
