Conditions of Use

General
Offers, deliveries, and other services by Equipe Bachofner GmbH are exclusively based on the following terms and conditions, which the buyer accepts by placing an order. Swiss law applies exclusively. Minors under 18 years of age require adult consent (i.e., acceptance of the GTC implies adult supervision).

Right of Withdrawal
The purchase contract or order becomes valid upon completion of the ordering process. Joke orders will be invoiced at the order value, but at least CHF 100.00.

Return Policy
All stock items can be returned within 5 working days after delivery, stating reasons, in perfect condition, unused, and in undamaged original packaging. Items specially ordered for the customer can only be returned with a handling fee of 15% of the total amount, but at least CHF 50.00. Timely dispatch to our address is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Prices
All prices are final in Swiss francs (CHF).

Shipping Costs and Payment Terms
Invoice payment is only available for regular customers (after the fifth order) up to an amount of CHF 200.00. However, we reserve the right to refuse invoice delivery without stating reasons. For new customers, delivery is via 1. Cash on delivery or 2. Advance payment (as mutually agreed).
Shipping costs are calculated according to current postal rates (customs and import fees for international shipments) and are borne by the buyer. We usually ship via postal parcel with tracking (Economy or Priority) as per customer preference.

Late Payment
Late payments will be charged with 5% interest, or granted discounts may no longer be claimed.

Delivery Terms
Place of fulfillment is Kollbrunn.
If a package is refused, the customer bears the full shipping costs plus our handling fee of CHF 15.00.

Performance Reservation
If an item is no longer available or unavailable for the foreseeable future, the customer will be informed, and the item will not be delivered. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Items manufactured upon request or after order placement will be delivered later.

Delivery Times
Indications of estimated delivery times are non-binding unless a written, binding commitment is made to the customer in individual cases.

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to supplier specifications. Further claims for compensation, such as loss of use or similar (e.g., shipping costs), are excluded. The buyer bears the costs of repair or rework in case of improper handling (e.g., no bowstring) or misuse.

Transport Damage
Equipe Bachofner GmbH is not liable for damage or loss occurring during transport. If the packaging is intact and damage is discovered upon unpacking, the customer must report it in writing within 3 days. For visible external damage, the customer must immediately file a complaint with the carrier and notify us accordingly. The shipment must remain in the condition it was in when the damage was discovered.

Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of Equipe Bachofner GmbH, Tösstalstrasse 52, 8483 Kollbrunn, until full payment is received.

Your data is stored electronically and not shared.

Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Zell / ZH.
